An omelette, filled with refried black beans, diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese, is topped with avocado tomatillo salsa and sour cream.  9.95

Creole Eggs Benedict

A toasted English muffin is topped with Canadian bacon, poached eggs, and Creole choron sauce.  10.95

Steak and Eggs

Two three-ounce beef medallions are charbroiled to order and served with two eggs any style.  10.95

Bagel with Smoked Salmon

A toasted bagel, topped with caper-dill cream cheese and smoked salmon, is served with tomato and red onions.  10.95

Buttermilk Pancakes

Served with maple syrup.  6.50

Cinnamon-Raisin French Toast

Slices of cinnamon-raisin bread, dipped in a mixture of eggs, cream, and vanilla, are grilled and served with maple syrup.  6.50
