Dinner Salad

Mixed baby greens are tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.

Chicken Marsala

A boneless chicken breast is served on a bed of pasta with Marsala and mushroom cream sauce. It is accompanied by a fresh vegetable. 

Salmon

A charbroiled salmon fillet is served with cucumber-dill sauce, oven roasted potatoes and a fresh vegetable.   

 Pepper Steak

A ten ounce center cut sirloin steak, rolled in freshly ground black peppercorns, is charbroiled to order and served with brandy mustard cream sauce, oven-roasted potatoes, and a fresh vegetable.

Pork Chops

Twin pork rib chops, brushed with Dijon mustard, rosemary, and garlic are charbroiled and served with apricot mustard sauce, oven roasted potatoes, and a fresh vegetable.
